After being honorably discharge from the US Navy in 1993 I went to work for my Father, Ron Drolet. He had a very active health and life insurance agency at that time and I learned a lot from working for my father. Besides learning about the insurance business,I learned a lot about customer service. This is something that has stuck with me ever since. About ten years after getting licensed in health and life insurance (2005) an opportunity presented itself to me that I couldn't resist. It has proven to be one of the best decisions that I ever made as far as my career is concerned . This is because that is when I obtained my surety bail bond license, and began writing bail. What originally started out as a way to make extra money, it has become much bigger than  that . I must admit that God works in mysterious ways and there is no doubt that I am right where I am supposed to be.  I do not just  "bail" people out of jail. I'm mentioning this because I spend time getting to know the defendant and those that care about them. I do my best to help them better themselves whenever I can. A lot of the time it has nothing to do with the criminal justice system. I see many people coming out of jail who want to improve, but they do not know how to make it happen. I see so many families who want to see their loved ones improve, but they do not where to turn to for help. Whenever given the opportunity, I do the best that I can to help them make positive changes in their lives. I've had a lot help along the way in my own life and I am the first to admit it.  I feel strongly that sometimes that's all that some people need. Some people need to know that there are people who actually cares about them and their needs.
